PAYMENT TERMS -
Payment is due upon receipt of service being performed.
Invoicing is available upon approval. You may leave cash or check.
Checks are preferred, please make them payable to AGreenMaid.
Overdue accounts will be assessed a late charge of $30.00 per 30
days. At this time we are not accepting
credit cards, unless you have a Paypal account. We will let you know when it will be available.
CANCELLATION AND NON-ENTRY POLICY-
Please be courteous and give us at least 24hrs. notice. We
understand that circumstances beyond our means can occur, however if
you cancel the appointment less than 24hrs. in advance you will be
charged a $35.00 fee. If you make an appointment and we show
up unable to enter your home, you are responsible for the full
amount of the cleaning service.
SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT
-
All supplies and equipment is maintained by AGreenMaid. All
cleaners are vegetable based, and free of dyes. We have separate vacuums, mops,
buckets, and cleaners for homes with pets.
FIREPLACES -
At this time, we do not offer fireplace services.
LAUNDRY -
Laundry services are available for an extra fee.
Please contact us if you are interested in this service. We
would be happy to give you an estimate based on your needs.
PETS
- We love Fido & Fluffy! If you have pets and are requesting a
quote, please specify in your remarks when you contact us so that we
may give you an accurate estimate. Note: Pets are not an
additional charge, however it may require additional time necessary
to eliminate as much pet hair as possible.
DAMAGES -
We are licensed and insured. We take full responsibility to
correct what damages may occur in your home or office caused by our cleaning
technicians. It is your responsibility to notify AGreenMaid
immediately if you feel that our staff has caused damage to your property.
If something is broken, do not throw it away, as we will need to
document the item(s). We do not accept liability for previously broken items.
SATISFACTION POLICY

The customer comes first! It is AGreenMaid's number ONE
priority that you are satisfied. We have quality control spot
checks. You may receive a phone call after the service or
postcard requesting that you rate your service. We proudly
stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact us
promptly within 24 hours if you are unhappy with the service we have
provided. If there are specific areas, previously discussed, that
you feel we overlooked, we ask that you do not clean those areas.
We will proudly have someone report to your home or office within 24 hours to re-clean
the areas of concern.
